Peace Paper Cranes
We read a story about how a young girl got sick after the bombing of Hiroshima. She heard that if she could make 1000 paper cranes she would be granted 1 wish. While making the cranes she also had another wish to help with world peace. It was "I will write peace on your wings and you will fly around the world."
