Make the words yours...
Inspiration for writing sentences that use the "show not tell"strategy.
Cloud you describe the day for me. What's it like outside?
- It's cloudy.
- No, no, make the words yours. If your eyes could speak, what would they say.
- It's a pale day, everything starts behind the cloud when the sun doesn't look like the sun.
- What does it look like?
- Like the silver oyster?
- Thank you. I saw that.

Hot Chocolate Challenge
Next term our class will be selling hot chocolate on Friday’s at school to raise funds for our end of year camp to Taupo. Our first step in the Hot Chocolate Challenge was to decide, as a class, which brand of hot chocolate or milo we think is one we would like to use.
After tasting a variety of hot chocolate/milo brands we recorded our results in a bar graph.
